As you know, uncertified technicians working in South Carolina are required to carry ID cards signifying successful completion of the training program. This process has been accomplished through your administration of the training and testing utilizing a printed study guide and workbook at your office location.
The online study and testing procedure is fully explained on the site and, after completion, a down-loadable ID card with a designated ID number will be available to print. The new online training will allow the technician to access their tests from any computer and will allow them to log off and log in at their convenience. Upon completion, the test result will automatically transmit to the S.C. Department of Pesticide Regulation, relieving you of the necessity to register the technician with regulatory.
The cost for the ONLINE TRAINING is as follows:
• $50.00 for SCPCA members
• $75.00 for non members
